They just got home from school
Jack hears his father shout and walks to the house
Josephs father holds jack as leverage
Joseph(guy with black hair) senses somethings wrong and tells jack(brown hair) to go wait in the barn-Joseph is a foster kid.
Joseph leaves with his father to protect his family (foster family)
Jack waited in the barn as long as he could. He decides to walk to the house. As he enters he finds that josephs abusive biological father is there Joseph's father grabs jack.
Josephs father drives to fast
Josephs father wants to take joseph in return for letting go of jack.Joseph yells at his father for giving his Daughter(Jupiter) up for adoption while he was in juvie.
After a year jacks family adopts Josephs daughter
After jacks dad threatens Josephs father (tells him he wont get away) Joseph leaves with his father after he almost harms them. They get into the white truck and start to drive away joseph turns back one last time.
When josephs father tries to turn onto Alliance bridge they skid on ice and ran off the bridge into the water - they couldn't find the truck for two days (they both passed away)
Jupiter's foster mother takes her to jacks family farm to introduce her to the place her father once lived and to everyone she would now live and grow up with.
