- I get that you're upset with me and that's entirely justified. I have had some time to think and I realised what I did was not okay.
- That's okay. I was upset when you were lying to my face but I'm glad that you apologise, I forgive you! And if it's okay with you, I'd like to know the truth.
- Okay, I felt uncomfortable with you driving us as you just recently got your license and I know you are a slight risk-taker and I love that about you but I was worried how that would affect your driving. I'm sorry I did not trust you.

- I also would like to say, I didn't like the way you kept on trying to convince me to let you drive, even though I said I didn't want to.
- Oh! Thank you for bringing that up, I'm realy sorry about that, it's completely you're choice on whether to let me drive or not. It won't happen again. I'll drive us when you're comfortable, for today why don't we stick to my mom dropping us off.
- Thanks! I don't think I'm ready for you to drive me, I'll take up your offer of your mom driving us there.

- Marinette is realising her mistakes and is going to communicate her feelings with Adrien

- Hmm.. Adrien really respected my feelings, I trust him! I think I am okay with him driving us.
- Well, I'll get ready for the party and ask my dad to drive me to Adrien's house so I can tell him that I'm ready for him to maybe drive us to the party

- Honesty and respect are demonstrated here. Marinette is expressing her honesty and Adrien is respecting her by being understanding and treating the truth calmly and reassuring her. Adrien also respected Marinette's privacy by giving her the choice to tell him the truth or not.

- Hey Marinette, you look amazing, so ready for the party!
- You're half an hour early though, I was just about to start getting ready hahaha
- Hey! Yep I know hahaha, I was just thinking... and Maybe you could drive us to the party?
- Woah! Are you sure? Please don't feel pressured because I'm super fine with my mom driving!

- Again, honesty is being represented through Marinette telling Adrien she still is not ready for Adrien to drive. Also, the characteristic of boundaries being respected is also shown as Adrien is not forcing Marinette to come in his car, rather he is waiting until she is comfortable with that.

- Yeah! I am sure, I'd like to state some things first though.

- So, you are only to go under 60km/hr unless the speed sign says otherwise
- Yep and I'll make no stops. Just to the party and back.

- Trust is illustrated here as Marinette is now considering that Adrien could drive her. She is thinking of giving him a chance rather than just automatically declining his offer. She understands that Adrien will keep them safe on the road and has her best interest in mind.

- Hey dad! Thanks for driving me here. Adrien will drive us to the party and then drop me home. See ya!

- Adrien is respecting Marinette's boundaries again as he is checking if she is sure about this decision and is assuring her that he is okay with not driving if she doesn't feel comfortable.

- Here, the healthy relationship characteristic negotiation is displayed. They both come to a mutual agreement that Adrien is happy with and Marinette feels safe with.

- Finally, this shows that Marinette has developed a stronger trust for Adrien as she is letting him drive them and feeling safe
