- Because you have used your voice for lying, you shall never be able to say anything to anyone again-except the last words that have been said to you. Now try lying.
- Aphrodite and Echo were best friends. Aphrodite loved that Echo told her all the gossip going around and she never wanted anything in return from her, unlike others.

- Kiss me...
- Stop it! You can't kiss me!
- Echo catches Zeus cheating on his wife Hera again. Hera spotted Echo and asked her where her husband is, but she lied to her.
- Echo and Narcissus
- He will fall in love with someone who cannot return his love-and will forever desire never to achieve.
- For lying to Hera, she punished her with a curse that would last forever and made Echo suffer.
- Echo and Narcissus
- Echo sees Narcissus in the woods and falls in love. She tries to make a move and go up to him, but she can only repeat the end of his sentence. This makes Narcissus think that he's just like all the other girls he's met and doesn't like her because of this.
- Echo becomes filled with grief when she is rejected and asks Aphrodite to make her disappear. She grants her wish, but keeps her voice, to trick Narcissus into falling in love with himself.
- Who is that beautiful creature?
- Narcissus had sat there for so long, waiting for the love of his life to love him back, that he turned into a flower, Narsissi. You can still see it today, looking at the water waiting for his love to love him back.
