  • How Bandura Sees Me
  • Tells A Joke
  • hope no one saw me mess up what if they make fun of me
  • Horney theory talks about childhood anxiety and how that leads to the desire for love and security. When I feel like people don't love or care for me I have less motivation to want to do things with my friends and want to be alone.
  • Eysenck determined people if they were introverted or extroverted. Extroverts seek stimulation because their brain arousal is low. Introverts brain arousal is higher. I am extroverted and love getting energy by making people laugh and talking to classmates.
  • Bandura created the term spotlight effect, which is when you overestimate others noticing and evaluating us. For me I get worried that people are going to think I'm not playing well during a tennis match and that if I make a mistake they will think I'm not good at playing tennis
