As someone who fought in the French and Indian War, this is insane. We should be able to move if we wanted to, but the Proclamation of 1763 doesn't let you.
I personally think it's very helpful. It is stopping people from getting killed.
The Stamp Act
The Stamp Act is annoying. People don't pay their taxes, so you could arrest those people or something instead of putting stamps on the paper products everyone else buys.
I payed my taxes
I payed my taxes
I payed my taxes
I think this is an amazing idea, it proves who payed their taxes and who didn't.
The Quartering Act
I'm going to live here now whether you want me to or not. You'll have to stay in the basement, while I get everywhere else, and you'll have to cook and clean for me.
This is outrageous. We aren't letting you live here. Is this part of the Quartering Act or whatever it's called? Anyway, how am I supposed to take care of the baby?
A line down the crest of the Appalachian Mountains telling settlers to stay east, and Indians to stay West
The Townshend Acts
BE A GOOD PERSON OR BE PUNISHED
The people we kill in this crowd, they don't deserve it, and you have to realize this Boston Massacre is pretty much pointless. Just accept defeat. You can't win.
A stamp that proved to the colonists that Bostonians paid their taxes
The Boston Massacre
This fight is pointless, this is going to cause so many innocent people to die.
I don't care, just fight. If we win, that's great, if we lose, that sucks.
A law that ordered colonial assemblies to provide British troops with quarters, or housing
The Boston Tea Party
I think letting loyalists like me be able to drink tea is one of the best ideas, but maybe we should go after him since he is about to ruin the tea that I deserve.
A series of British acts of Parliament in 1767 to 1768
Nothing like the good old Townshend Acts. I support it because bad behavior shouldn't go unpunished.
THIS IS INSANE. PEOPLE DO BAD THINGS ALL THE TIME AND YOU SUPPORT BECAUSE BAD BEHAVIOR SHOULDN'T GO UNPUNISHED, BUT YOU'RE BEING BAD BY PUNISHING INNOCENT PEOPLE.
4 regiments of troops to keep order in Boston
A protest made by the sons of liberty in Boston that resulted in the Intolerable Acts
I think rebelling in this situation is a good idea, but really risky. I mean loyal people can just take smuggled tea, whenever they want. This Boston Tea Party is going to last a long time and is going down in history.
