- "Since this place has so many amenities, we'll be looking at about $1,750 per month."
- "wow! That's just right for my price range! What kind of amenities does this place have?"

- "wow! I love this place, I'm really interested in renting this apartment. But how close are public places that I'll need everyday like stores, gas stations, etc?"
- "The pool is one of the biggest reasons people love to live here. It is added to your monthly rent, and people love to come swim on their free time."
- "That would be so helpful, thanks! I already know my work is close by.
- "There is an Aldi's just down the block, and multiple gas stations the next street over. I can print you out a map of the town so you'll know if the location of this complex is good for you or not!."
- "I think this might be the place for me! What would the security deposit be?"
- "Yay! The security deposit would be around $500, I would have to take a look at your lease so I can give you the correct information."
- "perfect! Let me know a time when I can come back and get everything finalized!"
- "It should be ready in the next 48 hours."
