First your digestive system starts in your mouth it uses mechanical digestion(aka your teeth and tongue) to smash up the food into bollis and all the starch that is left in the bollis is broken down into a simple sugar by silvia the stuff that is in the saliva is called amylase and that is  chemical digestion
This apple looks tasty, I definitely am not getting charged by a sherman tank.
For our fifth and finale stop we got through the large intestine where all the excess water that is not absorbed in the small intestine is absorbed by the large intestine as well as any leftover nutrients that were missed in the small intestine. then after all the nutrients and water are absorbed  the leftovers are called stool and once you build up enough stool you get rid of it by it passing through your rectum and anus.         The End
Second the  bollis is pushed into the esophagus past the epiglottis by series of muscular reactions that is called peristalsis, your throat is lined with smooth muscle that carries the food to your stomach
Third it is pushed into the stomach and where it is broke down by stomach acids and pulverised by strong muscles in the stomach also called rugae then mucous breaks it down where it is then chyme and pushed out the stomach through the pyloric valve and into the small intestine.
Fourth the chyme is pushed into the small intestine where all the villi that line the small intestine absorb all the nutrients of the food that is now chyme where then it is put into the large intestine for more processing to extract the nutrients.
