- The next day...Sam: Hi Miranda. I was wondering if you would be able to give Bobby some on-the-job training? I'd like you to teach him how to respond to customer complaints and work on improving his managerial skills. Miranda: I would be happy to!
- Miranda: Hi Bobby, I am going to teach you a step-by-step process that will help you handle difficult customer complaints. After that, we will run through some example scenarios. The second part of your training will focus on improving your leadership skills. Bobby: Sounds good, I am open to trying any new technique that will improve my performance.
- A few weeks later..Miranda: Bobby did exceptionally well with the new training and I believe he is now ready to work on his own. Sam: Thank you Miranda. I am glad that this all worked out.
