  • Hi I am the story telling corgi. I will tell you a story about earth science.
  • Lets go into that pit.
  • Im going to talk about fossil fuels, which are formed from dead organisms that underwent heat and pressure over millions of years.

  • Coal is that hard black stuff you use in Minecraft to make torches.
  • Oil is the thing that makes metal things not squeak. Also, it cleans the inside of engines.
  • Finally natural gas is the gas that smells like rotten eggs. We actually put chemicals in it to make it smell like that.
  • Im cold, lets get out of here. also, I see a light.
  • This was not what I was expecting. At least I'm not cold anymore.
  • Now its time for land formation. Examples are...
  • First up is a canyon. Canyons are formed by water weathering rock and eroding sediments.
  • Second is delta which is formed by water depositing sediments at the mouth of a river.
  •  Last but not least there is sand dune which is formed by wind depositing sediments in a hill.
  • I SMELL ORANGE JUICE!
  • The lava is orange juice. Lets go!
  • WHAT?!
  • Ok we are on the moon after swimming out of a cave with orange juice lava.
  • Huh?
  • Because we don't have a much time to breath I'm going to make this quick. Sedimentary rock formation!
  • Weathering: Rocks are broken down to tiny pieces called sediments. Erosion: Sediments are carried from one place to another. Deposition: Sediments are dropped off at a new location. Compaction: Pressure from the above layers packs the sediment layers tightly. Cementation: Minerals and pressure Harden sediments into sedimentary rock.

  • I feel a sudden disturbance in space. Meh Water cycle time.
  • First in the water cycle water on plants and from lakes, oceans, and rivers evaporate but plants water does not evaporate what happens in transpiration 
  • Evaporation is when water becomes a gas transpiration is the loss of water from plant cells
  • When that water cools down it becomes a cloud which is called condensation
  • Then it rains when the clouds collect to much water that is called precipitation
  • Then when it hits ground some of it get absorbed by the ground but there can be run off which is where a stream of water goes into a ocean lake river or ocean then the cycle restarts
  • Im just going to order the planets from the Sun Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and because it should be a planet Pluto
  • Well day and night time...maybe.
  • Day and night is caused by Earth spinning on it'd xis once ever 24 hours.
  • The half of the Earth facing the sun experiences day while the other side experiences night
  • The rotation of Earth causes the apparent movement of the Sun across the sky from east to west
  • whelp this is good bye.
