- Scene One OOO1 Wide Shot OLD FIONA sits in a living room beside an open wooden box with "Head Keeper" and a lighthouse logo carved on it. She takes out photographs and studies them.
- Scene One 0002 close up INSERT: Picture of wrecked sailboat gone aground.
- Scene One 10003 Close up OLD FIONA looks around for the source of the voice.
- Scene One 10004 Extreme Close Up Picture of Greg, Fiona, Alex, Gail and Kiri
- Scene 20001 Wide Shot Possible drone A sailboat tosses and turns in a rough Lake Erie.
- Scene Two 20002 W The boom swings in the wind and hits JAMES MCNAB, 54, in the head and he sprawls unconscious on the deck.
- Scene Two 20003 Long Shot KATHERINE MCNAB, 51, rushes to his side and tries to wake him. He fails to respond.
