- Sure! The Soviet Union had the largest army in terms of numbers and types of weapons. The U.S. increased thier military spending to 6.5% in 1986. It is termed the largest peacetime defence buildup in U.S. history.

- Oh I know alot. How about the CIA used a shoe lace code during the war. They developed a code for spies and informants to send messages based how their shoes were tied.
