- Hello, I'm David and today I'll tell you about the 4 types of CSR or "Corporate Social Responsabilities"
- The first type of CSR is environmental. Businesses pollute and damage ecosystems on the planet by creating waste. Ways some companies are conscious and take responsability is by going green with energy sources, or recycle materials, and trying to minimize their harm.

- Here is why you should have an CSR in your business!
- The 2nd type of CSR is ethical. Ways for companies to be responsible ethically involves fair treatment within a business(No favoritism). For example worker benefits, good customer attention etc..
- I want a higher wage and more vacation
- So blessed to have a company sponsor us instead of funraising and getting no money
- The 3rd type of CSR is philanthropic. This might look in different ways, involving donating to non-profits, sponsor local programs like a school's team or events the company fits well with.

- The 4th type of CSR is economic. This can vary between businesses but it often involves a company destinating part of their profits for the benefit of their employees and communities.
- Can we have a pizza party? Or maybe have giftcards as rewards for our hardwork?
- For example: Giving better salaries to their employees, more benefits like vacations

- To conclude, the type of CSR I am definetely more interested for my company is economic. I want to ensure everyone in InDublet feels welcome, part of a family and cared for. With high wages, money invested in benefits for my dear employees, who wouldn't want to work in InDublet?
