- “So I guess… I guess the only other person I’m really scared of, maybe… is me,” Ghost avows, looking over at Coach.
- Ghost is with Coach in the park and realizes he’s scared of himself.
- Slide: 2
- “Here, take this. It’s my good deed for the day. Feeding the hungry,” Bradon smirks and launches the chicken wing at Ghost, possibly wanting to wrangle.
- Character vs. Character (External)
- “And if my insides really were black, at that moment they were definitely turned red,” Ghost thinks to himself, his hands clenching.
- Tension builds in the cafeteria with Ghost and Brandon.
- Slide: 3
- “Plus, at least I got on running clothes. You out here in your daddy’s gear pretending to be something you not.” Lu states, looking at Ghost.
- Lu talks bad about Ghost on the track and Brandon makes jokes to Ghost’s detriment in the cafeteria.
- “You really get to see where they got the name Glass Manor from, because dude, everybody who lives around there is freakin’ shattered,” Brandon proudly announces, grinning.
