Storyboard Text
- The men plunder the land and, carried away by greed, stay until the reinforced ranks of the Ciconnes turn on them and attack. Odysseus and his crew had finally escaped and lost men in their ships.
- The storm swept by Zues sweeps them along for about nine days and bringing them to the land of the lotus eaters. The Odyssey men the intoxicating fruit of the lotus flower.
- The cyclopes causes real problems for him and his men. They become trapped in the Polyphemus cave and the cyclopes eats 6 of his men. Then Poseidon punishes Odysseys and the god of sea makes his home very difficult to live in.
- Forward they sprinted and they armed the stake deep into Polyphemus eye. After hitting the creature they had blinded it.
- After they started to leave the cave and go back to their ships they realized they had to hide under these sheep outside the cave. Once they are free, Odysseus taunts Polyphemus and the cyclopes prays to his father, the god of sea.
- Safe on board their ships and with Polyphemus's flock on board as well, Odysseus calls to land and reveals his true identity. Then they head on their ships and leave the island.
