- BLM
- For many years and all throughout history people have been discriminated against, abused and made fun of just because of their beliefs, religions, history, culture and race.
- Racism can affect people mentally and physically and can affect them and their family forever. The BLM (Black Lives Matter) movement is trying to put a stop to racism and the violence that people have to face whether it may even be from police.
- More than 30% of police killings are from black people who majority of the time have not done anything wrong and are just targeted due to their race and colour of their skin. Most of the police who kill the people are sentenced to jail, just like George Floyd's killer. George Floyd was killed innocently in 2020 by a policeman kneeling on his neck causing him to suffocate.
- My son!!!
- Many years ago rich white farmers and families would buy and sell trades to help with their farm and agriculture, many of these people were not white and were seen as different and slaves.
- Martin Luther King was a black man who had enough of the racism and spoke up about it for many years encouraging people to help put a stop to it. He spoke about this from 1955 until his assassination in 1968.
- Many families, parents, siblings and friends have been left devastated and alone by racism and police brutality.
