  • Lately, I've been experiencing chest pain.

  • Nurse my chest really hurts even if I am just at rest like sitting or laying down.
  • Yes nurse, the pain goes to my left arm up to my neck then shoulders. It last for like 30 - 50 minutes

  • No nurse, and also resting is not helpful pain doesn't go away.
  • My chest feels like its crushing and squeezing.
  • Did you take any medication to ease the pain?
  • Can you describe to me how painful it is?
  • Assess vital signs especially blood pressure and pulse rate as well as the presence of dyspnea, tachypnea, and crackles.
  • Ma'am, now I am going to obtain your vital signs and assess for presence of such symptoms.
