After one day, Juliet and Romeo are ready for the family feud to end and being able to have everyone know about their love for each other. They have determined that their eternal connection.
Scene 6Marriage of Romeo and Juliet
Determined to marry Juliet, Romeo hurries to Friar Lawrence. The Friar agrees to marry them, expressing the hope that the marriage may end the feud between their families..
Then hie you hence to Friar Laurence' cell; there stays a husband to make you a wife. (2.5 67-68)Nurse returns home to Juliet to retell Romeo's message. They will be married in the church very soon and be together forever. Romeo and Juliet are both in love with each other beauty and elegance. Love at first sight.
Do thou but close our hands with holy words, then love-devouring death do what he dare, it is enough I may but call her mine. (2.6 6-8)Romeo and Juliet met Friar Laurence at the church to be married. They demonstrate their love through words and kiss. The happiness of the newlywed couple is infectious.
