- Welcome Back Everyone! I hope you had a good time at Mutantur Mundi National Park. We will be visiting at a French neighbourhood.

- I must report to the Local government that the littering and vandalism rates are far too high and must be controlled. They HAVE to do something.

- We learnt the Federal Government is responsible for defence, trade, currency, immigration, postal services, telephones, air travel, and pensions. The Federal Government is also involved, mainly through funding. We also learnt that under the Australian Constitution, the State Governments are responsible for everything not listed as Federal responsibility. Some State responsibilities include schools, hospitals, conservation and environment, roads, railways and public transport, public works, industrial relations, community services, sport and recreation, consumer affairs, police, prisons and emergency services. Each state has its own constitution of government. We Learnt that Local Councils are responsible for problems relating to housing, such as building regulations, public health, local roads and footpaths, parks and playing fields, libraries, local environmental issues, waste disposal, and many community services.
