Great! That's helpful to know!In the current scenario, where we all are working remotely, how can we ensure protection of our data while attending huddles? Any handy tips?
That's a very good question.I do have some easy to follow tips. Firstly, as a huddle attendee, every employee must take precautions from unwittinglysharing or disclosing Confidential Information discussed in huddles to those who do not have a “need to know” this information.
To ensure that, the huddles/committees should be attended from a closed-door area. You should also monitor your speaking volume to avoid being overheard.Use headphones or ensure speakers are muted so that the other huddle participants cannot easily be overheard by people not attending the huddle.
Ensure any electronic whiteboards or other information that is being shared within the huddle cannot easily be seen by others.Hence, minimize the amount of S&P Global Ratings Confidential Information on the whiteboard when the huddle is in session.
Employees should only attend huddles to which they have been invited or have legitimate reason to attend as a visitor. Employees who attend a huddle to which they are not a permanent invitee must solicit prior permission from the huddle leader, or their delegate. If this is not feasible, the visitor must declare him or herself to the huddle leader on arrival at the huddle.
Oh Yes! These were very helpful! I have made a note of it. Thanks a lot for answering all my queries!
