- Hi, Im Shmuel. do you have any food? I am very very hungry
- Uhm... hi im Bruno. Sorry i dont have any food but can we be friends?
- 1942 Bruno has finally found a new way to occupy himslef ever since moving away from Berlin. He find a boy named Shmuel and they tell eachother about their lives. Shmuel and Bruno are very different people but Bruno doesnt realize that. They talk to eachother a lot after that day.
- 1942One day Shmuelis doing his work in the kitchen and Bruno offers him food. The soilder walkes in and sees Shuel eating. He asks bruno who he is and out of shock Bruno says he doesnt know who he is. Shmuel gets in trouble and Bruno feel sreally bad
- What!! No, i dont know who this kid is! i just walked in and he was eating food.
- What is going on!? Bruno! why is this jew talking to you and eating the food? Do you know him?
- 1942After searching for clues that would lead to Shmuel’s missing father, Bruno wanted to go home. Just then, a group of soldiers surrounded the area in which Bruno and Shmuel stood and forced everyone to march into a long, dark building. Bruno took Shmuel’s hand and told him he was his best friend.And they both died.
