Lorelai is about to explore around for a week to figure out where she wants to live and she can not wait!
Day 3: New York
First Lorelai visits Paris and she loves it. She runs into this one coffee shop that she adors. She found out that Paris runs on a Mixed Economy. This is where the government own the coffee house but they get to choose how they use their funding and hiring expectations. They say they can hire Lorelai if she chooses to move to Paris!
Day 7: Hawaii
As Lorelai arrives to London she can't wait to see what they have to offer. She goes into her second coffee shop and this time it is fully government owned. She has ran into a command economy. While she loves the surroundings, she like a little freedom in her atmosphere so this isn't the place for her.
Lorelai's Decision
Lorelai takes on New York next! She walks into multiple establishments and they all tell her how they succeeded in runnign their own business. They had no governemt help. This is called a Market economy. She loves this freedom and the dedication to their buisiness. However. New York is far too loud for her, so she decides to move onto her next place.
Lorelai has just landed in Hawaii and when she tells you it's goregous she really means it. It is calm and old fashioned. Goods are produced the way they have been. This is called a traditional economy and while Lorelai loves the beaches. she thinks it's a little old school. She thinks she knows her decision.
Lorelai has officially moved to Paris and she is so excited! It is everything she hoped for and she has started her new job at the coffee shop she ran into on her trip. The perfect balance of the mixed economy is truly her fit.
