  • Oh, good morning, Samantha! Welcome back to the office. It’s been a while since I saw you. How are you today?
  • It’s good that you came here then. Come on, go inside the office so we could have a proper check-up.
  • Morning, Dr. Alex! I haven’t been feeling very well for the past few days, my temperature’s high and my throat feels awful.
  • You seem to be suffering from a cold or the flu, given all I've said. You should take the medication that I'll prescribe, rest, and remain hydrated. Contact me if it worsens and we'll take immediate action to treat your sickness.
  • So you have a fever and your throat isn't feeling well. Do you have a dry cough, a runny nose, trouble breathing, or pain? Do you still have that feeling?
  • All that you mentioned hit me. However, it has been a few days, and I believe I have improved in some way. Nevertheless, I still feel the effects, and I find it difficult to focus on my work and assignments. Do you have any advice, doc?
  • We’ll be seeing each other again on your next scheduled day of checkup and feed backing. May you continue on following and not lose track of what medicines you have been prescribed. Also, for you to get better soon. These are just some of my pieces of advice. That’s about it. I need to attend to the other patients now. You have my calling card if ever you have queries once you reach home, I’ll send you a reply.
  • Samantha here is the medical prescription. The number of dots in front of each tells you how many times in the day you have to take medicine. For example, the two dots here mean you have to take the medicine twice a day, once in the morning and once after dinner. Do you have any other questions?
  • None, Dr. Alex. Thank you!
