- And it was the biggest shock when I saw the grades of the first semester and I failed! All this study and this misery did not work! All I did was to harm myself and my body, and I did not benefit from anything, and I will not lie. The first thing I did when I saw the grades was that I called my mother and told her that I did not want to complete my studies in medicine because what happened was a shock and something unbearable for me... But after stimulation My mother, my family, and all my friends belong to me, and after I realized what was happening, I thought carefully about everything I did and what happened. My goal was to succeed and change everything for the better, and to shock everyone that I would raise my grades and maintain my psychological and physical condition.
- When I started medical school, I was so focused on studying and getting good grades that I didn't even think about my physical and mental health. I was studying all the time, not sleeping enough, and not taking care of myself, I stated to feel depressed and burned out, whenever I study anything I keep forgetting everything! and physically I forget to eat and drink and I didn't feel that until I fainted because of dehydration and iron deficiency, I stated to have random and sever headaches and turned out that I have migraines.
- I couldn't slept night because I felt overwhelmed, I didn't see my family or my friends thinking that increasing my studying time alone will increase my productivity, But I wasn't even able to study
