- This is frustrating, I want to improve my health and have direct access to my doctor, but this technology is confusing, hard to use, and I am having problems with it all around. I wish someone who is polite and nice could show me what I need to do.

- We can make some changes to allow for the elderly to use the app with ease, starting with simplification and access of use on their mobile devices. Having a complicated application deters them from using it and those who do use it are probably not please with the complexity.

- Hello, I am Jay, and I am here to help. I'd like to show you the new, simplified version of the app and how you can use it.
- Thank you Jay, I appreciate the help. Having someone patiently demonstrate and show me is really helpful.
- No one can expect a patient to be able to use technology straight out of the box. That is why XYZ Med. Cntr. is now showing patients with trained staff who want to help people use technology. I understand why you were frustrated, but I am here to help and demonstrate the capabilities you have with this.

- This new, simplified design helps out a lot. And the kind gent who showed me how to use it was very helpful. I did not know the capabilities or the uses of this app. I think I've got this. Now, I can work on my health and communicate to my doctor directly instead of a call center.
- I am already feeling confident in this. I am sure I will have further questions, but it feels good to be cared for without be stigmatized.
