- In the 5th grade Kailani was experiencing a lot of bullying for being very smart in her grade. But she didn't let that stop her from doing what she needed to do. She spoke up and told the kids and the teacher that she didn't like that she was being treated differently just because she had a different mindset than everyone else.

- I know that me going to this school is gonna make dad proud. I wanna be just like him
- The teacher brought it to the principal's attention and the bullies were suspended for a week. That's what made a mark in kailani’s story. From that day on she decided to speak up on anything that was happening in her community and in her daily life.

- Hello city. I will like to announce my next big project.
- As she hit her junior year of highschool she was asked what she wanted to be when she hit her college life. Kailani had said an activist who can be also known as an agent of change. Throughout her junior year Kailani participated in any community services events that her school offered. She participated in many healthy protests and also did some good in her community as a whole.
- The next big step
- But she specifically chose this one school in california. Way off from her home town in San francisco. Her father who she loved dearly attended that school and she was so set on attending college at that school.
- She is very well known in the community she is now surrounded in. Her family is oh so proud of her accomplishments and how she has developed as a person at her current standing and age.
- Kailani's next big project is raising over half a million dollars for women around the world who are in need of anytype of help that they need for their daily lives.
