- Okay I will run away with you, but I can get more money from Bruce by playing cards with him. Can we run away on Friday.
- No, we have to run away on Wednesday. I will give you a list of things to do before that.
- Jamie, we should take the bus or the taxi to get to the museum.
- No, that is too expensive. We will have to walk.
- Look how beautiful that statue is.
- AAH!! Its my class!!
- This is an Angel statue. The museum believes it is a Michelango work.
- Claudia a 12 year old girl, is bored of her life in the suburbs of Greenwich. She convines her brother Jamie (who is super rich by cheaing in cards, and saving every penny he has), to runaway with her to the Metroplian Museum of Arts, in New York City.
- We should reserach about Michelango and the statue to find out if the statue is a Michelango work.
- Oh baloney!!!
- Jamie is tightwad and cheapskate, so he dosen't want to spend any money on expensive transportation. He and Claudia, go to the museum and stay there for a couple of days. They hide their belongings in various exhibits, and hide in the stalls of the washrooms, to not get caught by staff in the night.
- You have an hour to search through the cabinets, to find the file on the statue.

- One day, the museum has a big exhibit for a statue of an angel. The museum thinks that the statue is a Michelango artpeice. Claudia and Jamie decide to investigate this case.
- You're back!! Hooray!!
- Claudia and Jamie, decide to do some research of Michelango and his statue. After examining the statue's pedestal (which came with the statue), they share their findings (anonymously), to the museum staff, but are dissapointed to fid that the museum was clearly aware of their findings. They decide to see the original owner of the statue, Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler.
- Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler agrees to give the information about the statue, if Claudia and Jamie find the file that contains the information, in her humoungous filing cabinets. The find the file, and it says, that Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler purchased the statue in Bologna, Italy and it was really a Michelango art peice.
- Claudia and Jamie, are now satisfied with their findings, promises Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler to keep it a secret. They return to their parents, satisfied that they left as normal children, but came back feeling special (with the secret).
