Did you know the government ratified the Stamp Act?
Yeah, they made it to get more money in order to pay off the war dept.
The year was 1765 in the British North American colonies. Tensions are rising between the colonies and the British empire.
This Stamp Act is getting so bad, I can't even try to read a newspaper without getting charged for it!
The government boycotts on a few different documents and word gets around.
We need to gather everyone to make a protest because this Stamp Act has gone way too far!
The government then ratifies the Stamp Act in order to get more money to pay off their debt.
Sir, we need to do something about this. The people are getting extremely upset.

The citizens start to get extremely upset with the government, as they're getting charged for every single thing.
This is so unfair and it's not right for the people.
The people then start protesting against the Stamp Act to try to get the government to get rid of it.
The government is aware that people are upset, so they consider talking to the Sons of Liberty to try and solve the issue.
