Storyboard Text

  • There was a young girl named Summer! Today was Summer's FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL.
  • At 7 o'clock, Summer leaped OVER her bed, and grabbed her school bag.
  • At 8 o'clock, Summer RAN into the kitchen to see her MUM making her favourite breakfast. She had 1 egg on toast cut into triangles, and 2 pieces of Crunchy Bacon.
  • She munched down her food and then leaped into the car.
  • When Summer arrived at school at 9 o'clock, she met her teacher. Her name was Miss Honey.
  • Summer was introduced to her classmates by Miss Honey! There were lots of things to do in the classroom.

  • Summer learned lots of things, such as counting numbers, and writing her name
  • Summer ate her lunch at 12 o'clock. She had a yummy sandwich, an apple, and her mum packed her a very special treat for being brave!
  • Summer got to play on the playground with her new friends. She went down the slide, and went through the tunnel.
  • Summer and her friends sang lots of songs.
  • It was now 3 o'clock, which meant it was time for Summer to go. She waved goodbye to Miss Honey and her friends, and ran into her mums arms!
  • Summer was very tired after her big first day of school. She had dreams of all of the fun things she did in school today, ready to go back tomorrow.
