Storyboard Text

  • Act 1, Scene 1
  • Hence! Home, you idle creatures get you home.
  • Caesar, Caesar!
  • Act 2, Scene 1
  • Sir, March is wasted fifteen days.
  • Act 3, Scene 1
  • Et tu Brute?-Then fall, Caesar.
  • Flavius came outside to find people shouting for Caesar. Flavius not being happy at them, telling them to get back to work for this isn't a holiday. 
  • Act 4, Scene 1
  • Prick him down Antony.
  • These many, then shall die. Their names are pricked.
  • Lucius told Brutus that 15 days of March were over, because that is how many days the woman told Caesar to look out; for something bad would happen to him. 
  • Act 5, Scene 3
  • Farewell, good Strato. (runs on his sword) Caesar, now be still. I killed not thee with half so good a will.
  • This is the Scene where they kill Caesar. Once they kill Caesar they want to tell the people that they are free of the Tyranny.
  • "Don't always trust the people you think are close to you. "
  • Antony and Octavius are discussing their plan for what they are going to the ones who killed Caesar. (No matter who they are.)
  • This act and scene is where Strato had helped Brutus kill himself. He was saying his final farewells to everyone including Caesar before he died.
  • Shakespeare shows us in Julius Caesar that people fearing high power made them do unwilling things to people they were close with. Leading to a killing of a highly ranked member, war, and suicide.
