- All of a sudden Lucy cut off the line because she wanted to start faster and wanted to get everyone's attention
- Ok I will go first. Lucy I was angry because you cut off the line. Everyone else was waiting for their turn eventhough all of use were excited for the activity. I feel so suprised and dissapointed about your attiude.

- Sebastian tried to use what he had learned to solve the problem without hurting each other's feelings. He had suggested understanding each other's feelings as a helper who is in the middle of the situation

- To calm their feelings Sebastian thought it would be helpful to let them share each of their feelings. He was trying to make them control their self by pausing them to help them respond in a better way

- Because of Samantha's calm attitude, Lucy showed respectful action by showing that she was listening to her. She nodded and did a short reaction to show that she was focused.

- Since Lucy listened carefully it was easy for her to understand Samantha's thoughts. She immediately apologized and shared her thoughts.
