- MegaTrans has just signed a huge new contract with ACME Chemco. Jaime is responsible for making sure that the contract is successfully implemented using PreVisionX.
- Jaime designs the specific workflows for the transport of each product produced by ACME. These comply to ACME's rigorous safety protocols and deal with preparation, transport and completion of a load.

- He gives visibility to all loads to the ACME and Megatrans Head Offices, Local Authorities, Hospitals and Emergency Services.
- Jaime specifies the criteria that Carriers must meet to be offered work on the ACME contract. He sets up a trusted group of Carriers and his brokerage strategy.
- Adding a new Carrier to his network takes just 60 seconds.
- He defines the access rights to each load for each party involved in the load.

- That afternoon Jaime completes the configuration of PreVisionX so that it complies with ACME's business. He goes for a walk with his dog.
- Jaime offers ACME's loads to his preferred Carriers. PreVisionX notifies them about each load by text, email and on the web, using the free PreVisionX online Carrier management application.
- Carriers love PreVisionX. It provides detailed instructions on a smartphone for each load and enables communications with all parties. It costs nothing and they get paid quicker.
- ACME Chemco love PreVisionX. They have a real time updates, visibility and control over every load's execution as well as a complete electronic history of every load including all the necessary documentation.

- Jaime's boss, Mary, at MegaTrans is happy. The contract is highly profitable and ACME pays MegaTrans 20 days earlier than was previously possible before PreVisionX.
