Reducing food waste at our event has a significant impact on the environment, especially if we take these measures for all our future events. We should show attendees our dedication to sustainability by asking them/guests to avoid food waste.
And since we do not have our food waste data and information from prior events, we should create a baseline from this event, so we can track future progress.
For that case, we already have the food waste data and information of our previous event, so we can use that data moving forward.
Finally, we have found a great plan I guess. This way we can also reduce a great amount of food waste at the same time this idea is cost efficient so it doesn't affect the company.
Along with that to ensure this plan gives good results we also can use the food waste data from our last event as white hat said and compare them with our next event. Hope this plan works and good job guys👍
