- Manual de Mier y Teran began his report on the resources and Indians of Texas. Mier y Teran started to make recommendations to the Mexican government. Mier y Teran report and recommendations were passed by the Mexican government.

- Why am I getting arrested for trying to give a not to someone in our country/state Texas.
- The Fredonian Rebellion took place between Texas and Mexico. Texas did not want to be part of Mexico any longer than they had to. The Mexican government did not like that a lot of people were leaving Mexico to go to a new place called Texas.
- THe battle of Gonzales
- Meir y Teran report to counter concerns that Mexican Texas, part of the border state Coahuila y Tejas as in danger of being annexed by the United States.
- The Alamo
- Steven F Austen was minding his business and on his way to deliver an important document to the government. He got stopped on his way to the place where he was going to drop off the message. The police who stopped him thought of the note as a threat to the Mexican government.
- The battle of Gonzales was the first military engagement of the Texas revolution. It was fought near Gonzales, Texas, on October 2, 1835. The battle of Gonzales was where a famous flag was made a flag that you probably know but never knew where it was from. The flag is called COME AND TAKE IT.
- The Alamo was a battle to determine if Texas was going to get its independence or if they were going to be controlled by Mexico still. Texas settled in a place called the Alamo where they were outnumbered by Mexican troops while trying to fight. Texas lost the Alamo ut won the next battle against the Mexican.
