- Gee golly, I don't know how to write this email.
- Go to the sacred den of GGC and find the Grizzly Bear.

- First, the most IMPORTANT step, the subject line. This line tells the receiver whether they should read the message or not and what the email is about. If you want to send a group message, use CC (Carbon Copy) and if you don't want the receivers to know it's a group message, use BCC (Blind Carbon Copy)

- Second, the body. The body contains the message you are sending. Make sure to use formal language, proper grammar, AND CHECK FOR TYPOS. If the message contains bad news, consider saying it in person.

- Last but not least, the closing. It should include any actions the reader should take in regard to the message. It should also include salutations and YOUR NAME.
