The young man isolated himself from all of his luxuries. He started to contemplate in order to find the answer of why people suffered and had pain.He was very focused, for he ignored all surroundings and only focused on one thing.

He found an answer after a long time. He reached the goal of everyone: Enlightenment. Because of this, he his know as Buddha, or the enlightened oneBuddha wanted his philosophy to be spread toward the world, so he sent missionaries to other countries.
Nowadays, Buddhism is a culture in which people follow the for noble truths and eight fold path in order to reach enlightenment. The people are also very cohesive due to how Buddha became a leader and wanting to follow his steps.
