- We met Cameron who has a poorly heart. He was diving into the water and almost drowned, luckily Marlon saved him.
- Dr Bryce approached Cameron and can offer him a healthy new heart, but it's from a pig. Cameron's parents can't agree on what's best to do and argued. Cameron agreed and told Marlon about it.

- The operation is successful and Cameron felt really good. His nan also came to his house. Marlon told the newspaper about Cameron's operation. Cameron also finds out that his mom is pregnant and decided to leave a voice message to his future sibling.
- The press hound Cameron and his family. Marlon's money got money from selling the stories. In protest, a woman throws red paint over Cameron.
- Cameron's body now starts to struggle to accept the new heart and Cameron faces many challenges. Cameron has to decide to do another heart transplant or not.
- Cameron's nan died and faced some challenges. In Cameron's last video message to Alex said that he is going to take another operation so that he can be around when Alex is born.
