- I chose for the main character 'Jimmy' to be diagnosed with depression because it is common and has fantastic practice methods to treat it.
- I feel pretty isolated and overwhelmed I've just been diagnosed with depression
- Jimmy it looks like you have a common case of depression
- His friend is trying to help figure out the issue and is trying to encourage further action and is ensuring a check-in after she shares practice methods. She even ensures his physical activity after promising to kick a footy around with him whilst chatting.
- Oh I didn't realise I hope you're alright. Do you want to have a chat? I can check-in with you.
- Yeah I've been pretty lonely lately it's just that I was just diagnosed with depression by my GP. I need help though.
- Hey I've noticed that you've been pretty down lately are you alright and if so are you keen to talk about anything that might be bothering you
- I don't really feel like playing with any of mates at this period of time.
- Sounds great I'll see you tomorrow
- You know what I'll kick a footy around with you tomorrow at 3 in the park how's that. We can have a proper chat then
- You know what I'll try not to bombard you and I'll just suggest that you use some practice methods such as meditation and physical activity with mates. After you do that we can have another chat.
