I am not sleeping well, it is hard for me to focus in school, I feel lazier, I rarely exercise, and I just am not happy with how I feel about myself. I don’t know where to start.
Exercise of any form is good for your mind and your body. In order to maintain physical health, it is important to be active. Being active will help you build stronger muscles, a stronger immune system, and you will feel more energized!
I do want to get stronger and feel better. But I just do not know how or what workouts to do. But I also want to make more friends.

This workout is intense!
I am so happy I decided to ride my bike, workout three times a week, and join tennis. I have made new friends, I have more confidence in myself, and I am happier. I also am sleeping much better and seeing a big improvement in my enjoyment of school.
Keep it up! Make exercise a habit and routine. Good habits take discipline. Over time, you will continue to feel better physically, mentally and socially!
