- Anyway, I have heard rumors of another restaurant opening near yours, which can cause competition with your restaurant potentially putting you out of business. It would be very smart of you to sell now, so you make a profit.
- Oh thank you for the heads up, I will consider selling and back to you tomorrow. its just hard for me because my family has had this restaurant for generations.
- Unfortunately, I have decided to sell my family's restaurant. I know I will make good profit from this, but it is still a very sad time for me.
- I know this is a tough time for you, but I know you will be happy with the deal I can provide for you. You won't regret your decision.
- Thank you for everything that you did for me and taught me. I am now more educated about U.S. economics and I plan to start another restaurant business in the future.
