War on drugs Pt 2

A new law got passed to increase prison time with drugs and to put government funding to help the war on drugs.
To help stop illegal drug rates getting bigger he thought people who were doing drugs needed a longer time in jail so he increased jail time. He also put more money into the campaign

The whole goal of there comgian was to help with drug usage and to hopefully lower abuse rates. They did that by spreading the word into schools, and rehabs to show the country why we need to stop this. Reagan Helped by putting more spending into the campaign and increasing jail time.

To this day we still have a "war" with drugs. These two people have helped our lives by starting campaigns against drugs. Drugs are very dangerous and it is important we listen to them and other campaigns like D.A.R.E. and red ribbon week. So if someone ever offers you any drugs please JUST SAY NO!
