- Yani, a teenage boy in Israel, decides that he wants to go around and film people to make his own documentary. He thinks that his idea will make him rich and famous if he does it right. In this documentary, he wants to go and ask people what they would wish for if a magic goldfish would grant them three wishes.
- Rising Action
- Yani shows up at Sergeis house and tells him that he is making a documentary about what people would wish for if a magic goldfish would grant them three wishes. Sergei does not want to be apart of the documentary and just wants to be left alone after his bad experiences in Russia with the KGB as a child.
- Climax
- You have to let me save him! Please just use your wish!
- Even after Sergei tells him to go away, Yani pushes into Sergeis house. Yani is determined to do whatever it takes to make this documentary awesome, even go into a strangers house.
- Resolution
- Yani sees the goldfish in Sergeis kitchen and think that this is perfect for the documentary. He begins to approach it to record it, but Sergei think that Yani is trying to harm the goldfish.
- Out of impulse, Sergei kills Yani to protect his magic goldfish. The goldfish tries to convince Sergei to use his last wish to save the boy and bring him back to life. Sergei was hesitant to use his last wish as he doesn't want to be alone.
- Sergei uses his last wish to bring Yani back to life. Yani is able to find the perfect answer to complete his documentary as a man finally wishes for world peace.
