The legend of Corrova

Within our universe, there lives a powerful Goddess named Corrova...
Without Corrova's abilities, many populations- including the human race-would be doomed.
She is said to be a Goddess of nature, with the ability to regulate planets and their climates in order to sustain their life forms.
Many do not know that Corrova was not always alone. Not until the tragic loss of her lover, Eartov
Eartov was kind and sweet. He was a God of sky and storms, and often looked after Earth. He taught Corrova how to be compassionate and cared very deeply about her
Unfortunately, he sacrificed himself in an attempt to safe Earth and its inhabitants from a series of deadly natural disasters that would wipe out the population.
Corrova was devasted and never the same after this. She despised humans and how ungrateful they were for Eartov's sacrifice. She believed they were not worthy of saving.
Corrova saw how obsessed humans were with their phones and realized they were not grateful for Eartov's sacrifice whatsoever
Eartov sacrificed his life so that humans could live well and continue to be with their loved ones, not so that they could spend their lifetimes on selfies and hashtags!
I shall teach you all a lesson! If you are not grateful for my beloved's sacrifice, you shall perish in eternal storms
But Corrova didn't want them to suffer a quick and easy death, so she decided to inflict a deadly virus to infect all humans
