- Good Afternoon everyone, My name is Yules Ssamba and from today onwards I will be your new project manager.
- My name is Yuri Makoto and it's an honor to be under your care Sir Yules.
- Good to see you Sir Yules, My name is Yu Narukami and e are glad to have you as our new leader.
- For today we will be discussing about the the monitoring and managing of the organizations project budget. I want you Yu to work on the months budget cost and whille you Yuri would be working for this months revenue gain. Any question?

- Its been over 2 hours now and I cant seem to find any motivation on this type of work. I'm not sure whether its because its my first time having this kind of task or I just have a very low self esteem...

- I once like you as well before being in this kind of position and I somehow see my past self in you. I wasn't the strongest and there was no one who helped me at those time. Seeing you now, I dont want you to feel what I have feel so I will be here always if you feel down, I will help you if problem rises and importantly as a leader I will never abandon my subordinates
