- We are seeing an increase in Class 2 Address Deferrals this month. Does anyone know what's going on?
- I am seeing some members on my team adding PRADDs when it is not needed or using the incorrect PRADD.
- I have to agree with you Mary Jane. I reviewed 3 Class 2 Address Deferrals with team members who added an AVPOL instead of EPNOW.
- Yeah Teri, I had someone who asked if they should add an AVPOL and an EPNOW PRADD for a military address.
- Hmm, this could delay an order for hours before it is routed to the correct area. There was an an order in Customer Service for 3 hours before it was sent to the correct area.
- Sounds like we need a TIP on PRADDS for address discrepancies. We do not want patient's orders delayed.
