- I am thinking of going back to school But, I don't know if university is the right fit.
- I hear you. I was looking forward to my capstone experience. But, the bills came first and I had to drop-out.

- Yes, I would hate to hear that in another year or two the job market is over saturated and there is no room for upward mobility. Give it some thought.
- Over the pandemic, we've seen a call and action from the provincial government to meet labour shortages, for example, personal support workers (PSW). In addition, due to the rising cost of living and other factors, many Ontarians are changing professions due to layoffs and shift in lifestyle (increased interest in hybrid roles), resulting in mature learners exploring alternative options to furthering their education.
