- Rachel is walking down a busy city street, looking worried and uncertain. She runs into a poster that says there is a community service event and that they need volunteers, so she goes over to the community event to meet John.
- I want to thank you for all your hard work and I am sorry for judging you earlier
- Rachel arrives at the community service event and meets John, who is in charge. John looks at her skeptically.

- I have made many mistakes in the past and want to make things right again.
- Rachel works hard with the other volunteers, cleaning up a restaurant. John watches her from a distance.
