- I guess I'll just tick off the lessons learned, no one cares anyway. Everyone has moved on to the next project
- We met our hero, The Project Manager, having a kick-off meeting with the stakeholders, everyone is feeling pretty confident

- This time I'm going to try something different for the project, a Pre-Mortem Workshop
- Midway through the project, the problems arise and no one wants to work through solutions so arguments and the not my problem attitudes start.

- So we have a problem, that's Ok, we worked through this in the Pre-Mortem, we have a plan
- The project ends, the problems were the same and no one wants to talk about it.

- Yippee the project went well, we recovered from the problems with our working relationship intact

- The Project Manager just doesn't have the energy to close the loop with a lessons learned workshop.

- That Pre-Mortem really worked maybe a Post Mortem Workshop will be just as helpful
- We met our hero, the Project Manager, having enlisted the help of a facilitator to run a Pre-Mortem workshop to look at the negative and positive outcomes of the project while the stakeholders are still confident of the projects success
- Hi, we are going to work through all the barriers to the success of the project and what success looks like

- Stakeholders bring problems to the Project Manager, since the problems were identified in the Pre-Mortem workshop, there are solutions that all the stakeholders have agreed to.

- The project ends and everyone is happy to celebrate. Problems were solved and the outcome was successful.

- The Project Manager wants to close the loop but decides to engage an independent facilitator to do a Post Mortem workshop as the best way to ensure a worthwhile Project Review.
- Post Project
- Hi again, we are going to look at the barriers we overcame and how we acheived project success
