Bailey's Story
Storyboard Text
- The puppy and his family are finally let out of their cage. While his sibling are playing with each other near their mom, the puppy wants to wonder around. He discovers how to open a gate that isn't closed properly and escapes because he believes that there's something more out in the world that he's meant to do and be a part of.
- The man who found the puppy, leaves him in his truck with the windows up on a hot day. The puppy is panting because he his overheating and begins to lose consciousness. A lady passing by sees the puppy in trouble, and breaks the window to save him.
- The lady takes the puppy to her home where he meets her son Ethan and they immediately become best friends. ThThe lady brings the puppy to her home where she has a young son named, Ethan. Both the boy and the puppy become best friends and Ethan names the puppy, Bailey..e boy names him Bailey.
- When Ethan jumps into the water at the farm, Bailey thinks that Ethan is in trouble. Bailey jumps after him and pulls him to shore. But Ethan laughs and comforts Bailey because he was never in danger, and he realizes that Bailey was just looking out for him.
- Ethan's horse gets spooked by a snake and runs off, and Ethan and Bailey try to chase after it, but get lost in the woods. During this time, Bailey tries his best to keep Ethan warm and safe because he feels that is his purpose. After two and a half days, a search party finds them and reunites them with their family.
- Bailey catches Todd setting Ethan's house on fire and attacks him. Ethan jumps out of the widow to escape the fire, injuring his leg and Bailey stays by his side to comfort him before he's taken to the hospital. Later, Ethan who must use crutches, visits the farm and is sad because he isn't able to do some things he could do before. Ethan discovers he can still swim and this makes him happy so Bailey is happy too.
