- Hello! The Indus Vally was located along Indus river! The Indus Vally Civilization lasted for about 200 years. Yes, the river was near a civilization.
- Homes are very important to us because we worked at our homes and we have a very short communte work. Also the roofs were used as an extra room, that is why we are on the roofs more the inside the house.
- To keep clean, people stood on a brick "shower tray" and tipped clean water over themselves from a jar. Dirty water flowed out through pipes into a drain the street.
- The Great bathe was a pool that people bathed in! People believed they bathed in the great Bathe Because they had similar beliefs and it was apart of their ritual bathing. It is believed it was very religious and important to Hinduism.
- Seals are small stone with carvings, animals, object, sounds or ideas. Some people think that seals were used to help keep away evil.
- People used trade mostly to get stuff the they did not have, like maybe crops for tools. But Indus cities started to fail... eventually the trade networks collapsed, there was a lot less work.
