- THIS IS NOT FAIR!!!!
- How did this effect the colonist
- NO TAXAITON WITHOUT REPRESENTATION!!!!

- In 1765 the first direct tax on the colonist was born. This Tax was on legal documents, and printed good.
- How did they stop this
- WE REFUSE TO BY YOUR PAPER GOODS
- The Stamp act effected the colonist many ways. One way this effected the colonist was that hey had no representation for any of this.
- Violence
- GET THEM!!!

- You would think that the tax would benefit everyone, but no this only was a goos thing for the British. All the money was going to the British army.
- YAAYYYY
- One way that they used to put a stop to this was not buying the legal documents and paper goods.

- The colonist did not stop there. They brought violence into this and started attacking the tax collectors home.
- Finally in 1766 the stamp act was lifted, and now everyone is happy :).
